    Where are you based? 

    We are conveniently located 50 minutes away from Amsterdam and Schipol International Airport. Since "The Courtyard Collection" is a private collection preserved in a private family residence, we don't disclose our address in the West of the Netherlands. However, all items can be viewed in person after scheduling a meeting with our representatives. You can also schedule an online consult here

     

    How are your items authenticated? 

    We take pride in the authenticity of our collection. Each item undergoes a rigorous authentication process by a team of experts in their respective fields. This may involve consultations with horologists for luxury watches, art historians for fine art, and qualified appraisers for other categories. Additionally, we leverage our network of trusted partners and industry resources to verify provenance whenever possible.

     

    Do you share the provenance of your collection?

    Most of our items are accompanied by comprehensive documentation. This may include certificates of authenticity issued by recognized institutions, detailed provenance reports outlining the ownership history, or historical documents specific to the piece. We believe this documentation adds value and fosters trust for our clients.

     

    What is the payment method and delivery time?

    Our secure escrow service is an important element to providing that trust and peace of mind to our customers. Our escrow account is operated by Mangopay, who are an EU-authorised Electronic Money Financial Institution. Like all financial institutions, they comply with strict payment regulations and anti-money laundering laws. Your funds will be transferred into the escrow account and then released to the seller only when you and the seller are happy.  All items are shipped with UPS and delivered within 2 weeks.

     

    Do you ship internationally?

    International shipping is available; however, please note that additional costs may apply, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

     

    Can I arrange my own carrier or collect my items in person?

    Yes, both are possible. If you prefer to use your own carrier, please inform our representatives at the time of purchase. Additionally, you are welcome to collect your items in person after scheduling a meeting with us.
